Dear reader, The year is coming to an end and the Hanse Orga Group looks back on an eventful and successful year. We will close 2009 as the most successful year in our history, a fitting accomplishment in the year of our  25th anniversary - especially in consideration of the financial crisis. By focusing on our core competencies - developing and advancing our product lines to meet current issues and market demands - we won more than 60 new customers this year, including large-scale projects such as the global implementation of AutoBank for SAP at IBM. Strategic partnerships with SAP, SWIFT, banks and consulting and service providers make us a competent and complete solution provider. Especially in the relatively new area "payment transactions, payment factory, bank communication" we have become one of the most succesful providers in a short period of time. We have also set ourselves high objectives for 2010. International growth, new markets, new products such as a Treasury module in Moneta for SAP and the further development of strategic partnerships, are only some examples of our "Roadmap 2010“.We will keep you informed of these developments throuout 2010 and are looking forward to sharing our dialogue with you. Its powerful functionalities are integrated in SAP. This new treasury system stands out - it is very lean and only requires little customizing effort. You can manage and post your loans, FX and money market transactions in a user-friendly, quick manner. The data are immediately incorporated in your cash management. more... For Krombacher, ebXchange is the ideal combination of bank communication and payment transactions - fully integrated in SAP. Krombacher Brewery had very high demands of its new system from both a functional and technical point of view. The complexity of the group, with 13 companies that have a total of 30 accounts, demanded more security, transparency and control for both payment transaction and banking communication procedures. Krombacher also wanted to centralise and decrease the complex manual processes in SAP. After detailed talks with Hanse Orga, Krombacher decided not to enter talks with other providers and made the decision to implement ebXchange to replace db-directMC as their electronic banking system. more… Perfetti van Melle automates its Bank Reconciliation with AutoBank for SAP. Reducing the overall time spent on processing bank statements was a key driver for process optimisation. Another important consideration in the selection process for Perfetti van Melle was the integration and compatibility with its SAP environment, preferably fully integrated in SAP. The decision was made in favour of Hanse Orga’s unique software solution AutoBank for SAP. more... Hanse Orga at the EuroFinance in Copenhagen This year, EuroFinance Conferences hosted the 18th annual "International Cash & Treasury Management" conference. From October 21 - 23 both participants and exhibitors gathered at the Bella Center Copenhagen to exchange ideas and discuss about current topics and finance software solutions. Hanse Orga as an exhibitor provided information about its unique software solutions and new developments. more...
