AutoBank® for SAP® processes all your electronic bank statements, remittance advices and other electronic payment information in SAP. This software solution is specialised in a highly efficient automatic clearing of open items from debtors, creditors and general ledger. The integration of industry-specific subledgers such as IS-U, FS-CD, IS-M, IS-H (FI-CA) and non-SAPsubledgers is also part of this solution.
AutoBank® for SAP® allows you to achieve assignment rates that are significantly higher than in the SAP standard. The search algorithms have the ability to find and use the maximum amount of information in the bank statements and remittance advices. This information is matched with the open items and conditions from SAP and, if necessary, enriched with additional information.
The improved postprocessing of AutoBank® for SAP® provides an enormous saving of time as all information that is necessary for posting and correct clearing is available in one screen. Users like the postprocessing a lot as the system provides high-quality automatic posting proposals and you no longer have to navigate between different screens. The AutoBank® for SAP® postprocessing is quicker, more comfortable and much less error-prone.
AutoBank® for SAP® is adaptive during posting – bank statement items that were manually corrected once are automatically recognized when they occur again and are posted accordingly if this is what you want.
In addition to very efficient and quick posting, AutoBank® for SAP® has many approaches to generally display and improve the processes. The interactive Performance Cockpit provides an overall overview of all processes and allows historic statistical evaluations. You can intervene once a benchmark is not kept. You can then use the drill down functions to look at the causes on a more detailed level. The clarification workflow improves and simplifies the communication both between the departments and between your company and your customers.
AutoBank® for SAP® is a certified add on to the SAP standard that builds on the existing SAP implementation without changing or interfering with it.
