Automatic Incoming Payment Processing for Energy Providers
With AutoBank® for Energy Providers we offer an industry-specific software solution both within (AutoBank® for SAP® IS-U programmed in ABAP) and outside of SAP® that imports the incoming payment data centrally in the SAP® / R3® or any other financial accounting system and distributes it to different subledgers (e.g. IS-U) from there. If you use SAP as your financial accounting system you can eliminate interface problems with AutoBank® for SAP® as our software solution attaches itself as add-on to SAP's electronic bank statement.
With this industry-specific software solution we offer you:
- International subsidiaries and shareholdings can work with your individual solution, as divers bank formats can be processed by the SAP system (e.g. SWIFT MT920, BAI, ETEBAC, etc...).
- Same-day data in your accounting
- Checks and account assignments via an online connection (SAP® IS-U) or a batch procedure (third party provider)
