Different procedures for bank postings at the various locations in Belgium, the Netherlands and France proved to be a problem for SigmaKalon as they slowed down the processes in the financial accounting significantly.
The partial use of their own user exit required a lot of maintenance and was to be replaced by a standard software solution. The solution that is provided by the SAP standard could not meet SigmaKalon's requirements, so that they searched for an appropriate solution from eligible providers.
