The function 'short message' provides the possibility to directly send questions and information you may have in the scope of the manual clarification process. Both payment information (bank statement item or remittance advice item) and the automatically generated posting proposal (converted to PDF) can be attached to the message. You can also link to the bank statement item. This easier communication leads to increased efficiency and quality when processing items that require clarification.

The access to the correspondence function in the manual postprocessing of AutoKonto for SAP^® and AutoAvis for SAP^® allows that the standard letters for transactions FB05 and FB01, e.g., letters to customers with queries or information, can be generated without leaving the program.

The Performance Cockpit that provides assistance for the analysis of processes and posting transactions was also enhanced.
A new analysis option provides quick and concise access to the relationship between automatically processed transactions and transactions that were posted in the postprocessing. Scalings are of course possible from company code group to individual customers, as is the differentiated analysis of the reason for an unsuccessful automatic processing.
