The current version 4.0 of AutoBank for SAP provides numerous new functions and improvements for its users.

These functions support the users in the manual postprocessing (for example with the new print functionality or the expanded screens for open items) as well as in the automatic posting. Here, the improvements are additional functionalities that lead to both quantitatively and qualitatively improved results.
Two examples are the new functionality for the automatic posting to accrual accounts depending on time intervals or the improved options for the automatic posting to special periods (Fast Close).

The Performance Cockpit was provided with new functions that allow the user to control the processes at a glance and also allows a historical analysis of assignment rates for the different evaluation levels. Another additional tool is supplied in the area of preparation of bank statement information. The Bank Statement Router (previously ‘Bank Statement Splitter’), with its many applications, automates and rounds out the processing of bank statement information in numerous formats with its many applications.

Another novelty is the integration of changes in the bank statement information for SEPA payments. This allows, for example, the processing of information supplied in SEPA payments (BIC and IBAN) in addition to the existing ordering party information (bank number and account number). It is irrelevant for the processes in AutoBank whether this information is provided in the SAP default fields or located in the note to payee.
